09.30 - 10.00 : menghela nafas, persiapan isolasi DNA (Sampel Ternate)
10.00 - 12.00 : Isolasi DNA (Sampel Ternate)
12.00 : Angkat hasil PCR
12.00 - 13.00 : Istirahat makan siang
13.00 - 15.00 : Isolasi DNA (Sampel Ternate)
15.00 - 15.30 : Membuat gel agarosa
15.30 - 16.00 : Running gel electrophoresis (DM Project)
16.00 - 18.00 : RFLP
18.00 : Shalat magrib dan pulang \m/
